Unopened Cartridge World brand products may be returned within 1 year of purchase. Unopened special order items may be returned at the discretion of the General Manager and will be assessed a minimum of a 30% restocking fee. Opened Cartridge World brand products will be replaced within 1 year of purchase if not operating properly. Printers may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unopened. (Printers are warrantied through their original manufacturer.) OEM cartridges are not guaranteed by Cartridge World. There will be no cash refunds without a receipt.
